Ramazan Recipe: Strawberry, lemon and ginger mocktail recipe

Ingredients -- Juice of three lemons -- 50g ginger, finely shredded -- Handful of fresh mint leaves -- One cup strawberries, cut in quarters -- 1¼ cup sugar -- Six cups of water -- Four cups of ice Directions In a small pot, boil sugar, ginger and two cups of water for 10 minutes to make a ginger concentrate.
