Governor State Bank Reza Baqir on Monday said that Pakistan's economy was headed in the right direction and they are now more hopeful than ever.

The Governor State Bank of Pakistan Reza Baqir today (Thursday) talking to a congregation said that the country was going through economic and financial difficulties and the efforts being put in by the government would bear fruit.
"I would like to tell the people of Pakistan that the country needs you," said Baqir.

ISLAMABAD: The delegation of International Monetary Fund (IMF) landed in Pakistan Thursday (today) on a week-long visit to hold talks with the new government's officials to review economic situation and monetary requirements of the country.
