Loans ranging from Rs8000 to Rs250,000 would be given to government employees
Strongly refuting the reports that the government has reduced the retirement age of public sector employees to 55 years, Special Assistant to PM on Establishment Shehzad Arbab on Thursday said that no such proposal was discussed at any level in the government.
A special session of the provincial cabinet chaired by Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali has approved the budget proposals.
Shahzad Akbar said the federal government will not only recover the amount from these officials but also register cases against them.

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Friday approved honorarium of three-month basic pay for federal government employees. According to a notification issued by the Prime Minister's Office, the prime minister as Chairman Economic Coordination Committee has ordered that all employees of federal government shall be given honorarium equivalent to three basic pays for financial year 2017-18.
