Shutter down strike observed against LG polls in occupied Kashmir

SRINAGAR: On the call of Hurriyat leaders, a shutter down strike is being observed in the occupied Kashmir against the conduct of so called local government (LG) elections in the region. Pakistan strongly condemns detention of Hurriyat leaders

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has condemned the treatment of Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik who is under the custody of Indian forces. Pakistan's Foreign Office spokesman Nafees Zakaria, in a series of tweets on Saturday evening, said that the country condemns the treatment of arrested Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik.
