KHAIRPUR: At least four people were killed, while 15 others rescued as a boat capsized in Indus river near Saggiyoon in Khairpur district, ARY NEWS reported citing local sources. IRSA recommends deduction in Sindh, Punjab water share in Kharif

ISLAMABAD: The technical committee of Indus River System Authority (IRSA) has predicted 35 percent water shortfall in Kharif season this year, during a meeting which recommended deduction of river water supply share of Sindh and Punjab provinces, ARY News reported. SUKKUR: A man fell into Indus River on Wednesday and drowned when he tried to take a selfie on the famous Lansdowne Bridge in Sukkur, rescue officials said on Thursday. The incident took place late on Wednesday evening on Lansdowne Bridge, a popular bridge build in 1887, also known as Lloyd Bridge.
