Ghotki: Jirga orders chopping off hands of two youth over alleged theft
GHOTKI: A Jirga held at Waryam Laghari village near here ordered cutting the hands off of two young men for their alleged involvement in stealing a rifle of an influential Wadera, ARY News reported on Saturday.
