SHC rejects request for judicial inquiry into Intizar’s murder

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has turned down a request by the provincial government to nominate a judge to carry out investigation into the murder of teenager Intizar Ahmed by the Anti-Car Lifting Cells (ACLAC) personnel in Karachi. The home department had requested SHC Chief Justice Ahmed Ali M Sheikh to assign a judicial officer for an inquiry into the death of 19-year-old Intizar Ahmed.
