Pakistan, ADB sign $375 mn deals to improve irrigation

Govt decides to launch 13 irrigation, water supply schemes in Fata

ISLAMABAD: The federal government has decided to launch 13 irrigation and water supply schemes in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata). Fata secretariat sources told that these schemes to be launched in Bajaur, Kurram, North and South Waziristan agencies, Frontier Region (FR), Bannu and Tank will be completed at a cost of Rs750 million in one year.
