Ghani offers Pakistan to ‘forget past’ and start afresh
KABUL: Afghan President Ashraf Ghani on Wednesday offered Pakistan to start government-to-government talks afresh.
At the second meeting of Kabul peace process, the Afghan president proposed: "We will be ready to start talks with Pakistan and forget the past and start a new chapter,” Afghan media reported.
The Kabul process, comprising representatives from 25 countries, is a platform to discuss counter-terrorism and conflict resolution strategies.
