CM Sindh directs water board to upgrade RO plants of Lyari, Keamari

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Thursday said the provincial government had decided to provide drinking water to the under-developed areas of Karachi through Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants. The chief minister while presiding over a meeting on RO plants and their performance was told that twelve RO plants are installed in Keamari and six in Lyari. Karachi: Three injured in port oil depot blaze

KARACHI: At least three people sustained burn injuries as fire broke out at an oil depot after an explosion in port area of Kemari on Wednesday morning in Karachi, ARY News reported. According to details, the fire broke out in an oil depot at Terminal 1 of Karachi Port. Two employees of the seaport sustained burn injuries in the blaze.
