Khuzdar city located in the Khuzdar district of Balochistan province of Pakistan the city is 400 kilometers far from the metropolitan city of Pakistan and 300 from the capital city of Balochistan province. Like other cities of the province the city has to face many difficult days during each year.

Being located in the Balochistan province where water is the major the city has to face water crisis throughout the year. Previously Khuzdar was included in kalat district after 1974 it was notified as a separate district.

There are numerous archaeological mounds found in the city. The most important was the Meri Bhar also known as the Palace Mound which is believed the last seat of the last Mongol governor of the current city.

Seven killed, 23 injured in Khuzdar road crash

KHUZDAR: At least seven people lost their lives and 23 were injured when a bus collided with an incoming truck in Zawa, area of Khuzdar, ARY News reported. According to rescue sources, the bus was carrying wedding party and it was heading to Karachi from Quetta.
