Swiss cases not opened for being time barred, SC told

ISLAMABAD: Ministry of Law has issued the notification of the appointment of Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani as the new Chief Justice (CJ) of Pakistan - ARY News reports. According to the notification issued on Wednesday, senior most judge of the Supreme Court (SC), Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani will take over the office of the CJ from December 12, 2013.
