The second wave of the pandemic is stronger than earlier.
The spokesperson admitted that a rise in the number of infections is witnessed in the province in September up to three per cent, however, it was not decided yet to impose micro-smart lockdown.

Balochistan government spokesperson Liaquat Shahwani demanded PDM leadership to postpone the rally after the issuance of the security alert by NACTA.
"We have tried our best for implementation of SOPs in the province. According to experts, the change in weather conditions increasing the number of coronavirus cases," Shahwani said.
The spokesperson said that a feasibility report has been prepared to change Karachi-Quetta single track road into a double-track highway.
In past six days the cases rate has reached to eight percent, while in previous 45 days the ratio of infections was at lower than five percent, Shahwani said.
278 mm rainfall is recorded in some districts of the province, said the provincial government spokesman Liaquat Shahwani.
He said that from overall 22 active cases of novel coronavirus in the province, nine patients were in critical condition.
New coronavirus cases have dropped by 50 percent in the province.
