Ramazan Recipe: Light Pancakes
Ingredients
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
4 eggs (separated)
1 cup cottage cheese (sieved) 1½ tsp
Salt 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (maida) (sifted)
2 tbsp butter (makhan) or margarine
1½ cup honey
1¼ cup orange juice concentrated (frozen)
Directions
Place water in a bowl, add nonfat dry milk and beat until mixture stands in soft peaks
Add remaining ingredients except egg whites
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form and fold into first mixture
