The Punjab government on Saturday issued a revised schedule for matriculation and intermediate exams
A notification has been issued in this connection.
Following the promulgation of the bill, 0.8 students enrolled in matriculation and intermediate grades will be promoted to next levels in Sindh.
Chairman FBISE Rao Atiq Ahmed has also summoned the Board of Governors meeting on June 30.
No special examinations will be held this year, announced the education minister.
It is decided to promote students of 9th and 11th grades to the next classes, whereas, the results of 10th-grade papers will be announced after checking the exam papers.
Speaking after the National Coordination Committee (NCC) meeting in Islamabad, he said that schools around the country will remain closed till July 15.

Matric and intermediate exams in the province will be held in June and July 2020 respectively amid coronavirus pandemic.
