Mazar-e-Quaid also known as Jinnah Mausoleum and National Mausoleum located in Jamshed quarters in the metropolitan city of Pakistan. It is also the final resting place of the founder of Pakistan. It was established after twenty-three of independence in 1970.

The Mausoleum was designed by Pakistan famous and most talent architect Yahya Merchant. The building is all covered with white marble the inner crystal chandelier was gifted by the people’s republic of china. Each wall has an entrance gate and fifteen fountains.

Various ceremonies are conducted in Mazar-e-Quaid each year including Pakistan Day, Quaid-e-Azam Birthday and Death Anniversary, Independence Day. All the ceremonies are conducted under the strict surveillance of security forces and the place is not available for the citizen during the ceremony period.

Imran Ismail ‘denied’ entry into Mazar-e-Quaid
