At least 16 dead as migrant boat capsizes off Greece

ATHENS: At least 16 people, including six children, perished Saturday after a migrant boat capsized in the Aegean Sea, the deadliest disaster in the area since a controversial deal between the EU and Turkey to try to stem the flow of migrants two years ago. BAHAWALPUR: Police chopped off the left hands of two men accused of theft after they refused to confess to stealing electrical wire and mobile phones, the victims told Reuters on Monday.
