Pakistan looking forward to boost cooperation in power sector with Iran: Omar

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Power Omar Ayub Khan has said Pakistan was looking forward to boost its existing cooperation in the field of power with Iran. Talking to Iranian ambassador Mehdi Honardoost in Islamabad on Monday, he assured  that the Power Division will soon hold comprehensive discussion with Iranian side on renewal of agreement for 100 MW electricity import to Pakistan from Iran. MELBOURNE: An Australian cat, named Omar, is vying to become world’s longest for its extraordinary size of four feet. Omar, a Maine Coon, measures 120cm from nose to tail, according to his owner. Dubai: Palestinian thriller “Omar”, a tale of love, betrayal and struggle in the Israeli-occupied territories, got two top prizes at the Dubai International Film Festival. Omar won the DIFF awards in the best Arabic feature category and with Hany Abu Assad as best director of Arabic feature.
