DOHA: Qatar National Bank, the Middle East's biggest bank, Monday said it aimed to almost double its foreign ownership limit, nine months into a regional crisis with Doha at its center. Qatar allows full ownership for foreign investors

Qatar has approved legislation allowing 100-percent ownership for foreign investors in most sectors of the economy in a bid to boost non-energy revenues, the government said on Thursday.
