ISLAMABAD: Chief Statistician Asif Bajwa on Friday said Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) had issued no such direction to use pencil to fill census forms, ARY News reported. “No enumerator or supervisor has been issued a pencil for filling forms.
