According to a notification issued from the provincial finance ministry, salaries and pensions of all employees would be released on May 18.
The finance division issued the directives to the Accountant General of Pakistan (AGP) to release pensions and salaries of the employees by May 21.
Sindh government has released an amount of Rs 204 million for the KDA under grant for salaries.
In this context the finance ministry has been advised to start disbursing the pensions from 25th of this month.
Zulfiqar Bukhari, while addressing an event, made the announcement for raising the pension money from Rs6500 to Rs8500 of EOBI pensioners.
