RAWALPINDI: Developments were made in the investigation of the Rawalpindi Incident as 21 people, including four police officers, were arrested by the law enforcing agencies - ARY News reports on Monday. The arrested suspects will be shifted to Adiyala Jail for identification parade. LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) formed a Judicial Commission to probe the Rawalpindi Incident on Sunday, ARY News reports. Umar Atta Bandyal, Chief Justice LHC, passed the orders to form the Commission. Earlier, Punjab Government had filed a petition in the court to investigate the incident which claimed more 10 lives. Justice Mamoon-ur-Rasheed will start the investigations on 18th November.
