TEHRAN: Iranian President Hassan Rouhani won a resounding re-election victory on Saturday as voters backed his efforts to rebuild foreign ties and kickstart the struggling economy. ISLAMABAD: Pakistan is re-elected as a member of the Committee on Programme and Coordination of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) on Saturday. Pakistan secured 48 votes out of 50 members of ECOSOC present and voting. Since 1973 Pakistan has remained a member of CPC except for one-term from 1985 to 1987.
