LONDON: Britain's Prince William will retire from the air ambulance service on Thursday, after two years in which he witnessed "appalling tragedies", in order to turn his full attention to royal duties. LONDON: Queen Elizabeth II will stand down as patron of 25 bodies including the Wimbledon tennis championships and the Rugby Football Union, handing them to other royals after turning 90, her office said Tuesday.
