Sanjay Leela Bhansali

Sanjay Leela Bhansali one of the most successful and demanded film directory of Bollywood films industry. Born on February 24th 1963 in Mumbai, India the director took his early education from the same city and went to the Film & Television Institute of India where he completed his direction course.

He was inspired by the films of Guru Dutt and Raj Kapoor, he was more influenced by the direction of Mr Raj Kapoor, being born in a family where his father was a film producer and had a violent personality and was addictive to alcohol.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali started his direction career from joining the famous film maker Vidhu Vinod Chopra and was working as the assistant director in the film “Parinda” they both worked together in various other projects but after refusing to work for the film “Kareeb” with Vidhu Vinod Chopra Sanjay left chopra and decided to work independently.  

Sanjay had produced various blockbuster’s films including “Black”, “Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam”, ”Devdas” and much more. He has been seeing a judge in a famous Reality Show “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa” the director had worked in Both Television and Film industry.
