Chairman Students, Parents Federation Nadeem Mirza condemning the incident added that parents of the children who came to seek concession in fees were misbehaved.
A case has been registered against the teacher on the complaint of the student's uncle.
He further said no school will be allowed to expel any teachers or the staff from the school.
The plea filed in the LHC states that collection of school fees despite lockdown is against the orders of the court.
