Modern railway station to be built in Gwadar, says minister

QUETTA: Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Wednesday said the Balochistan government has provided a piece of land to establish a new modern railway station in Gwadar. SUKKUR: Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmad inaugurated two new passenger trains on Tuesday morning.  According to details, the minister inaugurated the Mohenjo-Daro and Rohi Express passenger trains today. Sheikh Rashid issued show-cause notice over ECP code violation

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Tuesday issued a show-cause notice to Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed for violating its code of conduct for October 14 by-elections. Cost of CPEC rail project cut by $2 billion, says minister

LAHORE: Railways Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said that the cost of Pakistan Railways’ (PR) ML-1 project under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has been cut by $2 billion. LAHORE: Minster for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmad on Monday inaugurated a non-stop train on the route of Lahore to Faisalabad at the Lahore Railway Station.
