Opened Kartarpur Corridor viewing longstanding desire of Sikh community: FM

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Sunday said Pakistan decided to open the Kartarpur Corridor in view of longstanding desires of the Sikh community. In a tweet, he said Pakistan has taken this historic initiative in good faith and would carry it forward in the same spirit. The minister said dragging his comment towards Sikh sentiments was a deliberate attempt to misrepresent and mislead. Kashmiri, Sikh communities gather at White House to protest Modi visit

WASHINGTON: Kashmiri and Sikh communities protested against ongoing human rights violation in India on Monday evening against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi as he arrived at the White House for a meeting with President Donald Trump, ARY News reported. SHC summons govt reply over leaving out Sikhism in Census form

KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has summoned reply from the federal government by March 27, over not including a column on Sikhism in the ongoing population count, ARY News reported.
