Prosecutors to file fraud complaint against Shakira: report

MADRID: Spanish prosecutors are poised to file a court complaint against Shakira for allegedly evading 14.5 million euros ($16.5 million) in taxes, which the superstar singer's defence lawyers deny, a report said Friday. MADRID: A woman carrying a grenade-shaped belt buckle on a train from Barcelona to Madrid caused havoc on Wednesday, forcing railway stations to be evacuated as well as delays. Hundreds hurt as Spanish festival boardwalk collapses into sea

MADRID: Hundreds of people were hurt, two seriously, when a wooden platform collapsed at a seaside music festival in northwestern Spain on Sunday night, local authorities said.
