NEW DELHI: An investigation into scandals in the Indian Premier League has cleared Indian and world cricket chief Narayanaswami Srinivasan of corruption, the Supreme Court heard on Monday.
MELBOURNE: N. Srinvasan, who is under a cloud for Indian Premier League (IPL) fixing scandal, has been confirmed as new chairman of the International Cricket Council (ICC), ARY News reported Thursday. Indian Supreme Court had suspended Srinivasan over his alleged involvement in IPL fixing case. His son-in-law was indicted in the scandal and he was termed as prime accused in the case.
