Peshawar suicide blast death toll soars to 21

PESHAWAR: The death toll from Tuesday night’s suicide blast in Peshawar’s Yakatut area has soared to 21, according to health officials.  A Lady Reading Hospital spokesperson said at least 21 people died while 75 injured in the explosion that was the first incident of terrorism targeting the election campaign. ABUJA: At least 50 people were killed on Tuesday when a suicide bomber blew himself up in a mosque in northeast Nigeria, police said, in an attack blamed on Boko Haram militants.
