Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani was hearing a petition filed by Riaz Hanif Rahi, the president of Jurist Foundation, seeking an independent inquiry into Tezgam train inferno.

The Islamabad High Court sought the reply from the federation and railways' ministry for submission of an inquiry report of Tezgam Express train fire incident.
