NASA releases stunning timelapse showing life of sunspot

National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has released a timelapse of a sunspot recorded for around two weeks which shows the stunning intensity of our star. The sunspot came on surface on July 5, 2017. NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory watched an active region — an area of intense and complex magnetic fields — rotate into view on the Sun.
