India looks forward to Trump helping Pakistan address ‘outstanding issues’

NEW DELHI: India said it was looking forward to US President-elect Donald Trump addressing what it referred to as Pakistan's 'most outstanding of outstanding problems'. Pakistan declines to hold NSA talks based on India’s preconditions
