Avengers made Disney ‘Rich’ as they build a new headquarters in New York
The Walt Disney Co. acquired the rights to develop a new headquarters on a Trinity Church-owned site in Manhattan New York.
The Burbank, California-based media conglomerate, tapping into all that "Avengers franchise money" to build a new headquarters in Manhattan after signing a 99-year lease for $650 million.
The broadcasting company, which has had a presence in New York City for decades, will take up more than 1.2 million square feet.
