Tahir ul Qadri asks court to take action against tax defaulters

LAHORE: Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek,  Dr. Tahir ul Qadri has claimed that 40 per cent of parliament members are tax defaulters and asked court to take action against those who don’ pay tax, ARY News reported.

Dr Tahir ul Qadri addressed in Lahore via video link from Canada on Saturday. He said that members of parliament, who are tax defaulters, are ineligible as per Article 63 and electoral rules.

Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek averred that national assets have been handed to one family, it necessary to make nation aware about it.

Dr Tahir ul Qadri demanded to reveal the asset details of contradictory parliamentary members. He said that liar person doesn’t deserve to be the Member of Parliament.

The protest rally against the inflation from PAT will be held tomorrow.
