HAFIZABAD: Former Prime Minister, Yousuf Raza Gillani has said that Taliban are avenging his government's operations in Swat and Malakand by abducting his son, Ali Haider Gillani – ARY News reports.
Speaking at a ceremony here, Yousuf Raza Gillani declared ongoing negotiations between the Government and Taliban committees all a drama.
He added that terrorism and peace talks cannot be pursued parallel to each other, for restoring peace an appropriate environment is barely necessary.
Gillani said that the Government delayed initiating peace talks despite of a go ahead by the All Parties Conference (APC) and now when the talks are being held, then it is not clear what points lie on the agenda.
