Taliban will never allow a peaceful Pakistan: Rehman Malik

KARACHI: Former Interior Minister of Pakistan Rehman Malik has said that the intentions of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan are bad and the militants will never allow the country to be peaceful, ARY News reports.

Speaking to media at Karachi Airport, Rehman Malik said that the federal government should negotiate with Taliban with good intentions.

He further said that Professor Ibrahim, member of Taliban committee for peace talks, should clarify that what is the difference between the thinking of the government and the militants.

While commenting on Pervez Musharraf matters, he said that every single incident of during the martial law rule should be included.

The former interior minister stated that Afghanistan is Pakistan's neighbor and terrorism is being sponsored from that country.
