ISLAMABAD: Member government committee for peace talks, Rustam Shah Mohmand, said dialogue between both the government and the Taliban could not progress until prisoners were released, ARY News reported Thursday.
Talking to ARY News, he said no announcement will be made about success of the talks. Mohmand said inquiry should be conducted into missing persons, adding information could be garnered from families of the missing persons.
He stressed that committee should be formed to probe missing persons case. He said it was expected that the second phase of talks will begin soon.
