ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court on Monday framed charges against former chairman of Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) Tauqeer Sadiq and other 10 accused in OGRA corruption case, ARY News reported.
An accused Mirza Mehmood Ahmed was acquitted from the case.
Mir Kamal Farid Bijarani, Jawad Jameel, Abdul Rasheed Lond, Syed Arsalan Iqbal, Yousuf G. Ansari and Mansoor Muzaffar were among other accused indicted in the massive corruption case.
Former OGRA chief Tauqeer Sadiq has been alleged of the misuse of powers to inflict 82 billion rupees losses to the national exchequer.
