According to ARY News, Sindh Rangers spokesman said that three arrested hitmen were affiliated with Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), four with various outlawed religious groups and three others with MQM-Haqiqi.
He said that a target killer of MQM Nabeel alias Sherri has been a resident of Shah Faisal Colony. He was arrested in injured condition after an encounter with Rangers personnel. A sepoy of Rangers Tariq Hussain was also injured in the shootout.
“All arrested target killers will be produced in Anti Terrorism Courts,” spokesman further said. Pakistan Rangers Sindh will get rid of the target killers and their patrons at any cost with the cooperation of general public,” he added.
