Terrorism and dialogue cannot go together: Governor of Punjab
MURIDKE: Governor of Punjab, Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar asking Taliban to stop bomb blast said that talks and terrorism cannot be conducted together, ARY News reported.
While addressing a ceremony of a private school in Muridke on Sunday, Muhammad Sarwar pledged the students to work hard in order to have success in every walk of life.
He lauded the role of private institutions for the promotion of quality education in the country.
Meanwhile speaking to media‚ the Governor said the government as well as the people of the country desire to eliminate the terrorism through peace talks. But terrorism and dialogue cannot go together.
He said no religion allows shedding the blood of innocent people in a bid to have one’s demands accepted.
Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar said that corruption is present in every institute of the country which should be rooted out to have progress.
