KARACHI: Terrorists from across the world have been settled in tribal areas of Pakistan and inciting violence here, says MQM chief Altaf Hussain.
Addressing the gathering to mark party’s 36th Youm-e-Tasees (Foundation Day), Hussain said terrorists were now moving towards urban areas and targeting people as well as key government installations to spread terror.
The MQM chief said opponent forces were hell-bent to suppress party’s voice, however MQM will not bow down before such forces and continue its mission of peace, he added.
Hussain regretted that several members of Hazara community were killed in Quetta, but no one among the perpetrators of such attacks was arrested by the authorities concerned.
The gathering was attended among others by Nadeem Nusrat, Muhammad Anwar and others.
