The ‘Titanic star’ sold the property worth $18.9 Mn
Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio has finally sold his beach front mansion in Malibu, California for $17.4 million.
The ‘Titanic’ star had to slash its price three times to attract the buyers to buy the property. The mansion was originally put on the market in 2012 for $23 million, but after failing to get buyers, he reduced the price to $18.9 million in July 2013.
Surprisingly, he still was unable to find a buyer, which prompted the 39-year-old actor to drop the price for the last time to $17.4 million.
The property, which ‘the Wolf of Wall Street’ star bought in 2002 for $6 million, features a main house, two private guesthouses, an outdoor fire pit, a gym and ocean views.
