Three suspects killed in Hyderabad police encounter

HYDERABAD: Police gunned down three suspects including two target killers in an encounter at Hyderabad’s Bachaoband area, ARY News reported on Wednesday.

According to details, during a police raid in Bachaoband area the armed men opened fire at the law enforcement personnel.

An exchange of fire took place in which three criminals were killed. The slain suspects were identified as Irfan alias Laddoo, Najeeb Akbar and Humayun alias Qainchi.

Police said that the three suspects were wanted in targeted killing and looting cases in Karachi, Hyderabad and different cities of Punjab.

One of the three slain criminals, Humayun, is said to be involved in the killing of three city traffic wardens in the jurisdiction of Soldier Bazaar Police Station in Karachi. He is also accused of targeted killings during the incidents of robberies in the same area.

It was also said that another slain man Irfan was involved in targeted killings in other cities.
