KARACHI: ARY Films, Salman Iqbal Films and Six Sigma Plus on Monday launched the trailer of their much-awaited film ‘Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2’ in a star-studded event in Karachi, ARY News reported.
President and Founder of ARY Digital Network Salman Iqbal, CEO ARY Digital Jerjees Seja, movie’s director Nadeem Baig, film’s star cast including Humayun Saeed, Kubra Khan, Vasay Chaudhry, Mawra Hocane and a number of other notables from media industry attended the launch.
The movie, as the name suggests, is a sequel of the 2015 blockbuster ‘Jawani Phir Nahi Ani’ and was among the most awaited films of the year.
Kubra Khan, Mawra Hocane, Fahad Mustafa and veteran actor Sohail Ahmed joined the main cast of he franchise which includes Humayun Saeed, Vasay Chaudhry, Sarwat Gilani and Ahmed Butt.
As the trailer suggests, the sequel too will have Humayun Saeed fighting for his love with the help of his friends with Fahad Mustafa and the girl’s Indian family in his way.
The film is slated for an Eid-ul-Azha release.
