Treason Case: Court orders provision of complete papers to defence

ISLAMABAD: A three-judge special court headed by Justice Faisal Arab heard treason case against former president Pervez Musharraf on Thursday.

According to ARY News, Shaukat Hayat, the counsel of former president, in his arguments said that the prosecution didn't provide complete documents, which could become helpful for the defence.

Federal Interior Secretary was also appeared in the court to record his statement. After arguments of the defence lawyer the statement of the home secretary was not recorded today.

Justice Faisal Arab directed the prosecution to provide complete documents to the defence side.
