ISLAMABAD: A bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday reserved its decision on an intra-court appeal against formation of special court for hearing of treason case against former military ruler Pervez Musharraf, ARY News reported.
A division bench of IHC comprised of Chief Justice Anwar Kasi and Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui heard the intra-court plea filed by Riaz Hanif Rahi.
Petitioner Riaz Hanif Rahi in his petition contended that constitution of the special court is an infraction of the constitution and the law.
The bench reserved its verdict over the petition.
