Treason Trial: Bomb found on Musharraf’s route to court
ISLAMABAD: A bomb device found near Chak Shahzad farm house of former president Pervez Musharraf on Tuesday morning, ARY News reported.
The security men deployed for the security of Musharraf were reviewing the area for security of the former military ruler, to present him before the special court for treason trial, found a five-kilogrammes bomb at National Institute of Health (NIH) near the farm house of Musharraf.
The bomb disposal squad reached to the spot and defused the bomb device. The bomb was in a shopping bag with two pistos and bullets, sources said.
The security men have to pass through this route along with the former president to the court, sources said.
