ISLAMABAD: Three-Judges special court headed by Justice Faisal Arab resumed hearing of the treason charges against former president Pervez Musharraf, ARY News reported on Friday.
Defence counsel Anwar Mansoor in his arguments before the bench said that consultation between the Chief Justice and the Prime Minister for nomination of judges of a bench is not required. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and former Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry both have personal grudge against Musharraf, the counsel further said.
